We are happy to have you on board with us.  Please use the links below to begin working with us.

1. Standard Contracts and Tariff
   Washington 10 does not have a master agreement.  Every deal is a new contract – either a Storage contract or a Park & Loan contract.  We recommend that you have your legal department review our Standard Contracts as well as our Tariffs.  Once they give their approval, we can begin discussing specific opportunities.
2. Customer Information Form
   This form gives us all the information we need in order to create a paper contract and set up User IDs and Passwords for your employees. Just fill it out and send it back via Email or Fax.
3. Customer Guidebook for NGI
   Washington 10 uses Latitude Technologies’ “NGI” to manage customer contracts, gas transactions, and billing.  Although we believe NGI is very easy to use this guidebook can help you in a pinch. If you’d prefer to talk to someone, 24-hour assistance is available at 313-820-7943.
4. Hub Services Contract
   A Hub Service Contract is yours for the asking. Just fill in the blanks on this Hub Service Contract and we’ll get back to you immediately with a contract number. Hub Services include wheeling, title transfer, and buy-sell transactions at the Washington 10 Hub.
